Cajun Chicken Alfredo
Oh goodness, this is one of my all time favorite things to eat. Guy Fieri introduced it on the Best Thing I Ever Made, and my Mom and I were drooling. However, I do not do the alfredo sauce the same way as he does. I use Food Network’s low-fat alfredo recipe. So I will type out the recipe myself to the way I make it. I will also include the link to the way he does it, just in case some of you don’t mind the less-healthier version :] Both are delicious. Warning: I recommend cooking the chicken in a well-ventilated area. I use the side burner on my outdoor gas grill.
