I remember one time I was talking to my (bitch ass ex-) best friend (who is a devout Christian and believes that homosexuals should not have the right to marriage) about this idea from this Wicca book I was reading at the time. It said It’s good to try and better yourself, because if you do so you’re ultimately bettering the world which makes a lot of actual logical sense if you think about it, it also talked about helping others as a part of it, volunteering, etc. It’s not even a weird religious idea that you have to have faith in, it just makes sense, because as a part of a whole, if improved, improves the whole. It makes sense.

    She said, “Yeah, I don’t believe in that stuff…”

    What “stuff”?

    WHAT “STUFF”?!

    logical “stuff”?!

    or different idea “stuff” from a different religion “stuff”

    I feel like this is a problem so many people have in the world, it’s too hard for them to look past the label of an idea, how sad to be so closed minded that you don’t even see it. How truly sad.
